impound Procedure

After receiving a call about an illegally parked car by tenants or managers, our driver is dispatched to the location and checks the vehicle.
Pictures are taken of the vehicle in violation of Parking for record.
Authorization forms are signed by the person in contact.
Vehicle is safely removed and taken back to the impound yard.
Dispatch inspects the vehicles condition for quality control.
The vehicles information is logged, plate number, vehicle identification number (VIN), year, make, model, and color along with the completion of the impound invoice.
Finally the vehicle is called into your local police department to report the impound.
